Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to help keep crypto products compliant with FCA rules and internal policies.

You will build a robust compliance framework, train teams, manage regulatory licence work, and monitor the effectiveness of our risk controls.

You will engage with regulators and cross-functional partners to shape secure, scalable crypto offerings at speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis.
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
