Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead crypto compliance initiatives and safeguard our consumer protections. You will advise the business on crypto regulatory requirements and help design controls that scale with our growth.

In a fast-moving digital environment, you’ll build and maintain a robust compliance framework, support regulator interactions, and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure adherence across product launches and ongoing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Understanding of digital asset products.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to communicate positively with regulators and internal teams.
• Multitasking with close attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the cryptoasset SMF16 in the UK under FCA authorisation and supervision.
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme.
• Supporting regulatory licence applications.
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture.
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations.
• Supporting interactions with regulators.
