Job summary

Azamara is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer (AC Engineer) to join the cruise vessel AZAMARA QUEST. The role covers maintenance and repair of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and engine room ventilation, with compliance to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications include STCW 95, refrigerant handling certification, physical fitness, and excellent English. Embarkation and rotation details apply, with a contract pattern of 10 weeks on/10 weeks off.

Qualifications

• Valid STCW 95 certification.
• Valid certificate to work with refrigerant gases.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Excellent command of English.
• Valid C1D visa (if required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC/Refrigeration and Engine Room ventilation systems safely and efficiently.
• Execute repair and maintenance work inside and outside of the HVAC/Refrigeration section.
• Oversee maintenance and repair in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain detailed work lists, reports, records and logs.
• Coordinate with technical parties and departments to ensure smooth operation.
