Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a Cruise Consultant to sell premium and ultra-luxury cruise holidays to high-net-worth clients. You will manage enquiries across phone, online and in-person, delivering outstanding service and building your own loyal client portfolio.

Based in West Sussex, the role runs Monday–Friday 9am–5.30pm with one Saturday per month. Salary is £26,000 with OTE £60,000, plus opportunities to travel on fam trips, social events and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Luxury cruise sales experience (2 years ideal).
• Self-starter who owns their pipeline and generates leads.
• Target driven with strong closing skills.
• Confident upselling and maximising booking value.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong IT skills incl Microsoft Office, reservation systems & Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Handle new and existing client enquiries and bookings
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the full customer journey
• Build and nurture your own client base via social media and direct outreach
• Create bespoke ATOL packages and sell colleague created itineraries
• Run outbound call campaigns to generate leads
