Alexander Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Operations & Business Support team, focusing on CRS/FATCA reporting across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves acting as a technical subject matter expert, supporting regulatory compliance, reporting obligations and data governance initiatives while collaborating with client-facing and operations teams.

• Experience in CRS/FATCA reporting or related tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of CRS/FATCA regulations and reporting obligations.
• Professional qualification or commitment to ongoing studies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key contact for CRS/FATCA queries, providing technical guidance across the business.
• Conduct entity classifications and review self-certifications, W-8 forms and related tax documentation.
• Monitor CRS/FATCA compliance processes and investigate reporting or documentation queries.
• Manage outstanding self-certification requirements and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
• Support annual CRS and FATCA reporting submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with data audits, data quality reviews and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Deliver training and technical support to colleagues on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Contribute to regulatory projects, process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Provide support and cover for colleagues when required.
