Rapyd seeks a highly motivated Tax Manager to own and scale EU and international regulatory reporting end-to-end. This role requires deep knowledge of CESOP, FATCA, CRS and DAC6/7, with collaboration across Finance, Compliance, Legal and Technology.

Ideal candidates bring Big 4 or international tax advisory experience, strong data skills, and the ability to drive regulatory reporting across a multinational fintech group in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of tax experience including Big 4 or international tax advisory and/or in-house tax.
• Strong knowledge of EU tax regulations, international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Experience with OECD framework and cross-border tax structuring.
• Experience with tax compliance and risk management in a multinational environment.
• Ability to work independently with external advisors and internal partners.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale Rapyd’s EU and international regulatory reporting end-to-end.
• Manage FATCA and CRS obligations for entities globally and ensure compliance.
• Lead DAC6 and DAC7 compliance across EU entities and coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise on product launches from a regulatory reporting perspective.
• Build scalable data pipelines and reporting infra with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor EU legislation and recommend actions to senior management.
• Support tax audits, manage relationships with external advisors about reporting.
• Contribute to broader Global Tax function including transfer pricing docs and VAT.
