Job summary

Randstad UK, Croydon, is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant for flexible, ad hoc cover across the school day. You will support pupils with diverse learning needs, working closely with qualified teachers to deliver high-quality academic and emotional support in a safe, inclusive environment.

Hours: 8:20 AM – 4:15 PM. You must have Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not offered for this role), GCSEs 4/C or above in English and Maths, and an Enhanced DBS registered on the

• Experience working with students with SEN.

• Collaborative Working: Partner with classroom teachers and specialists to adapt daily activities based on evolving school priorities.
• Flexible Engagement: Step in reliably across varied ad hoc cover days, responding to changing daily requirements with enthusiasm and empathy.

Requirements
