Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking band 6 radiographers to join the Cross Sectional Imaging team. If you have current CT/MRI experience, you will enhance your skills within a high-quality, patient-focused service across multiple sites.

The role offers full-time or part-time/flexible patterns across 7 days; you will rotate across MRI and CT departments, lead teams, and comply with IRR/IRMER regulations while maintaining infection control and IT competency.

Qualifications

• Extensive CT and/or MRI experience.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
• HCPC registered radiographer.
• Experience leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of CT and MRI examinations with high radiographic skill and patient care.
• Lead staff workflow and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Be flexible to 24/7 shift patterns and varying hours.
• Adhere to IRR/IRMER regulations and radiation safety.
• Promote infection control and IT-based skills.
