Job summary

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in Yeovil is seeking Band 6 Radiographers to join our expanding cross sectional imaging team, with opportunities in CT and MRI across Yeovil District Hospital and Bridgwater CDC.

You will rotate through state‑of‑the‑art scanners, perform a range of cross sectional imaging, support junior radiographers, and contribute to ongoing service development while benefiting from flexible working and NHS benefits.

Qualifications

• Deliver high quality CT and/or MRI imaging.
• Rotate through cross sectional imaging across Yeovil District Hospital and Bridgwater CDC.
• Support and mentor junior radiographers and students.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and adapt cross sectional imaging examinations.
• Cannulate patients and administer contrast safely.
• Prioritise daily workflow and maximise scanner time.
• Contribute to service development through audit and quality improvement.
