Job summary

AirTanker Ltd seeks a Campaign Coordinator in Brize Norton, within the Strategy & Business Development function. This fixed-term, three-year FTC role supports the Columbus campaign by coordinating activity, governance and workstreams, ensuring plans stay on track and stakeholders have the information needed to drive decisions.

You will coordinate campaign meetings, maintain plans and registers, and ensure efficient information flow across programmes, commercial, finance, and corporate affairs,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a complex campaign, programme or project.
• Produces agendas, packs, action logs and status reports.
• Excellent MS 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Understanding of project controls: milestones, risks, issues.
• Experience across functions and regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign meetings, workshops, reviews, decision points and milestones.
• Maintain campaign plans, action logs and dependencies; prepare agendas and status updates for governance forums.
• Coordinate inputs across programmes, commercial, finance, supply chain, service delivery and corporate affairs.
• Support stakeholder engagement, briefings, communications and campaign events.
• Assist mobilisation and onboarding of employees, contractors, secondees and advisers.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and information flow.
