Job summary

AirTanker is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join the Strategy & Business Development function, supporting the Columbus campaign. You will organise a multidisciplinary team, maintain plans and logs, coordinate stakeholders and ensure information flows enable effective decision-making.

You’ll work across planning, governance, communications and campaign delivery, coordinating inputs from across programmes, commercial and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a complex campaign, programme, project or business change activity.
• Experience producing agendas, meeting packs, action logs, status reports and presentation materials.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills with clear written and verbal communication across stakeholder groups.
• Attention to detail and good judgement handling sensitive information.
• Understanding of project or programme controls (milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions, decisions).
• Experience working collaboratively across different functions.
• Defence, aviation, government contracting or regulated environment experience is advantageous.
• Project administration qualifications such as APM or PRINCE2 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating campaign meetings, workshops, reviews, decision points and key milestones.
• Maintaining campaign plans, action logs and dependencies and preparing governance materials.
• Coordinating inputs across programmes, commercial, finance, supply chain and corporate affairs.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement, briefings, communications and campaign events.
• Supporting mobilisation and onboarding of employees, contractors, secondees and advisers.
• Identifying opportunities to improve coordination, information flow and campaign controls.
