Job summary

Responsibilities

Deeply engage in the research and analysis of TikTok international e-commerce merchant cross-border strategy and growth frameworks, covering core strategy modules such as merchant segmentation, potential assessment, and merchant-content matching.
Assist in building and maintaining analytical models, rules, and standardized processes related to cross-border strategies, improving consistency and scalability in strategy execution.
Collaborate with merchant operations, industry teams, regional business units, and other stakeholders to drive strategy implementation and iteration in real business scenarios.
Participate in the design and execution of core merchant strategy systems for international e-commerce, with hands-on exposure to how the platform selects, manages, and grows merchants.
