Job summary

You will design and implement A/B and multivariate tests on Optimizely, AB Tasty, or VWO, analyse results with GA4, and translate insights into clear business recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven CRO/experimentation experience across digital channels.
• Strong analytics mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Understanding of UX and conversion optimisation principles.
• Experience translating insights into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver experimentation programmes for client projects.
• Develop CRO strategies and testing roadmaps.
• Build and manage client relationships and programme management.
• Analyse user journeys to identify conversion barriers using analytics.
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests on leading platforms.
• Monitor live experiments and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in experimentation.
