Do you want to join a creative and rapidly growing online retailer as their CRM and SEO Specialist? My client is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills and proven marketing experience. This role involves supporting marketing execution, analysis, and planning as they transition their beloved brand into a household name!

Day-to-day of the role:

• CRM & Email Marketing: Plan, assist, and implement our email marketing strategy, including content creation, scheduling, segmentation, and performance analysis to drive conversions and foster customer relationships.
• SEO: Develop and manage SEO strategies, including crafting SEO-optimized content and conducting technical SEO audits. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and measure success.
• Analytics & Data Reporting: Analyse key performance metrics using tools like GA4 to understand marketing performance and customer behaviour. Create custom reports and analyse website data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven industry experience in email marketing, preferably with tools such as Klaviyo or similar.
• Hands-on experience in SEO, understanding of SEM and the full marketing funnel.
• HTML and content management systems like WordPress.
• Experience of using analytical tools such as GA4, with capability in data analysis and reporting.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
