A leading D2C brand in the UK is seeking a CRM & Retention Manager to drive customer loyalty and maximize lifetime value. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in CRM, Email Marketing, and a background in subscription services. MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing D2C brands in the UK. The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective.
They’re now looking to hire a CRM & Retention Manager to take full ownership of the CRM & Retention function. The business is subscription first so customer loyalty and maximising lifetime value (LTV) is clearly hugely important for them.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
️You need to have at least 3 years CRM, Retention & Email Marketing experience, ideally for a subscription D2C brand.
️Proven CRM, Email, Loyalty, Retention Marketing & SMS experience is essential for this role.
️Proven experience using Klaviyo is critical for this role.
️A data-driven and analytical mindset is hugely important for this role
️A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing.
