Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services seeks a Technical Product Owner to drive commercial and digital marketing technology across DePuy Synthes. You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, translate business strategies into technical roadmaps, and manage agile delivery with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

You will mentor junior owners, apply AI and analytics to optimize pricing, revenue and customer engagement, and ensure data privacy and quality compliance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for commercial, digital experience and marketing technology solutions.
• Act as liaison between IT, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and external partners.
• Translate strategies into technical product visions, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs based on value, regulatory requirements, risk and feasibility.
