Job summary

DAC Beachcroft seeks a Platform & Systems Lead / CRM Lead to own the firm’s client relationship platforms Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships. You will govern, optimise and drive adoption across Clients & Markets, coordinating with Business Technology, Finance and HR to deliver trusted client and relationship data.

The role combines platform ownership, data governance and people management, offering the chance to shape strategy, lead a team and deliver critical business services

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading CRM or business systems in complex environments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned to business objectives and user needs.
• Oversee upgrades, testing and releases; improve system functionality and UX.
• Manage relationships with platform providers and third-party suppliers.
• Establish governance for data standards and compliance across platforms.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Platform & Systems team; ensure high-quality support and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and CRM-related initiatives.
