Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Platform & Systems Lead / CRM Lead to own the client relationship platforms Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships. You will drive strategy, governance and adoption across the firm, partnering with Clients & Markets, Business Technology, Finance and HR to deliver trusted, high-quality client data and value-driven insights.

Extensive experience managing CRM or business systems in a professional services environment.
Strong data governance and data quality expertise.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience leading a team delivering CRM initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational management of the firm's client relationship platform.
Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Oversee upgrades, enhancements, testing and releases.
Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
Manage relationships with platform providers and third-party suppliers.
Govern data quality, governance processes, and reporting.
Support user engagement through training and change management.
Lead and develop the Platform & Systems team.
Monitor performance and adoption metrics.
