Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Manchester is seeking a Platform & Systems Lead / CRM Lead to own our client relationship platforms, Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships, and drive adoption and governance across the firm.

You will lead a specialist team, partner with senior stakeholders, and shape the roadmap, enhancements and integrations to deliver trusted client data and better business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant CRM/platform management experience in professional services.
• Strong data governance and data quality discipline.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational management of the client relationship platform.
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Oversee upgrades, testing and release activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality and user experience.
• Manage relationships with platform providers and suppliers.
• Contribute to data quality, governance and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements.
• Lead the Platform & Systems team and develop staff.
• Support platform enhancements and integrations.
