Job summary

DAC Beachcroft is seeking a Platform & Systems Lead / CRM Lead to own and evolve our client relationship management platforms Intapp Dealcloud and Intapp Relationships. You will shape strategy, governance and adoption across Clients & Markets, Business Technology and Finance.

The role is highly visible, requires leadership of a small team, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality client and relationship data and meaningful reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing CRM or business systems in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM strategy, platform management and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the client relationship platform (Intapp Dealcloud/Intapp Relationships).
• Develop and maintain platform roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Oversee platform upgrades, testing and release activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, efficiency and user experience.
• Manage relationships with platform providers and third-party suppliers.
• Lead and develop the Platform & Systems team.
