Job summary

Amplify Hearing UK is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to optimise the CRM, drive reporting, onboard new clinics, and support audiologists and clinics across the hybrid Darwen head office. The role centers on system ownership, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within the Operations team.

You will train teams, expand KPI dashboards and champion operational excellence while partnering with the Head of Operations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Support, Systems Administration or similar role.
• Proficient in configuring and managing CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience creating reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Strong communication and training skills for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CRM management and implement improvements.
• Create and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clinics with training and systems setup.
• Serve as point of contact for operational/system queries for audiologists and clinics.
• Review and streamline operational workflows to boost efficiency.
• Deliver training on internal systems and processes across teams.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance operations.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations to drive change initiatives.
