Job summary

RVU Co UK in Fleet is seeking a CRM Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and implement our CRM strategy across Email, SMS and Push. You will manage automated journeys, campaigns, and performance reporting, driving customer engagement and repeat business.

The role requires strong experience with Braze, Google Analytics, and Power BI, and offers hybrid working with 2 days in the Fleet office, collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using customer engagement platforms.
• Ability to build automated multi-channel journeys.
• Experience with Email, SMS and Push campaigns.
• Strong data management, analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with Braze and AI-enabled processes.
• Experience in insurance market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the CMO to create a strategic CRM vision.
• Implement automated customer journeys across channels.
• Deploy and optimise tactical campaigns across Email, SMS, and push.
• Measure performance and report on campaigns weekly and monthly.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Target the right users with timely messaging.
• Improve performance and optimise targeting and rewards for customers.
