If email engagement and performance optimisation are your strengths, we’re currently looking for a data-driven and creative CRM Marketing Executive to join our team.

You will play a key role in developing and executing engaging and personalised email automations that nurture leads, drive conversions, and build lasting relationships with our student customers and audiences.

Working closely with the CRM Marketing Manager and another CRM Marketing Executive, you will leverage your expertise in email marketing automation and audience segmentation to optimise campaign performance and meet our marketing goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly scaling company and make a tangible impact on our CRM strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to create, develop, execute, and optimise targeted email and SMS campaigns across the entire engagement journey.
  2. Utilise marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor) to build engaging journeys that automate customer engagement and nurturing for specific audience segments.
  3. Plan and craft compelling engagement messages with clear calls to action, adhering to brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  4. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, message layouts, and content variations to optimise campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  5. Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimisation.
  6. Segment lead and customer data based on intent, geography, and past interactions to build targeted campaigns.
  7. Ensure all email and SMS campaigns comply with industry best practices and regulations (GDPR, DPA).
  8. Stay informed of current trends in email and SMS marketing automation and identify innovative strategies to implement.
  9. Assist in producing and improving marketing communications across other areas, including B2B and recruitment drives, aligned with business objectives.
Skills and experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years in a CRM/Digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Campaign Monitor.
  • Excellent data analysis and audience segmentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creative writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing approval processes across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of DPA & GDPR compliance.
  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
