Why be a Graduate Marketing Executive at THG?
As part of the programme you will be enrolled into two 6-month rotations to give you an opportunity to experience different areas of the Division and to enhance your skillset.
As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive you will join one of the below channels:
Social Media Marketing: You will predominantly be responsible for creating engaging posts and interacting with our customers across a variety of social media channels for our brands. Main duties include:
Content Marketing: You will be responsible for producing captivating, performance-driven content for our client sites, with a primary focus on blog content. Main duties include:
Product Marketing: You will work closely with product development teams, Brand, marketing, and trading teams to drive awareness and sales for both new and existing products. This will include assisting the Product Marketing team in generating market strategy, developing creative briefs and concepts as well as campaign execution and performance analysis. Main duties include:
Channel execution - liaising with marketing, ambassador, trading, new product team, production, and supply teams to bring the product to market
Creative campaign briefing and development - Bringing products to life through creative campaigns and marketing execution, working with our creative studios and in-house marketing teams
Project management skills – Tracking multiple product projects across various stakeholders, ensuring timelines are met and critical paths are adhered to
Product performance – Tracking product performance through reporting to assess success, challenges and opportunities or solutions
Presentation planning and delivery – Supporting business briefs, campaign updates and marketing execution plans to wider stakeholders across the business.
Brand Marketing: Working within the Brand team, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand. They may support campaigns across digital platforms, help with content creation for social media, analyse customer data to optimise marketing efforts, and collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure brand consistency. Main duties include:
Influencer Marketing:You'll managethe end-to-end relationship with our influencers, from initial outreach and budgets, to campaign performance and global strategy. Main duties include:
Affiliate Marketing:Typicallyresponsible forworkingwith external websites to generate sales from affiliate links.Main duties include:
Paid Media Marketing:Broken up into Paid Social, Programmatic Display/Youtube & Paid Search:
Paid Socialis a method of displaying advertisements or sponsored marketing messages on popular social media platforms and using these platforms to target specific audiences. The Paid Social team will have exposure to, and work across popular channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest andTikTok. Main duties include:
Paid Searchallows brands the chance to advertise within the listings of a search engine by paying either each time an ad is clicked (PPC). You will be responsible for the day to day operations and running of the paid search accounts across primarily Google ads and Microsoft ads. Main duties include:
Programmatic Display/YouTubeallows brands the chance to advertise visual ads to raise awareness of their brand/products to a wide berth of users who have demonstrated an interest in their product/brand or who are the right fit demographically for the brand. This will be across products such as YouTube, Google Display Network, SkyTV & Amazon Display. Main duties include:
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):You’ll increase the quality and quantity of traffic to our websites using organic (non-paid) search engine results. Main duties include:
CRM(Customer Relationship Marketing): You’ll manage THG Beauty's interactions with customers and potential customers via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and loyalty schemes.Main duties include:
