Job summary

The Role

We’re looking for a CRM Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and passionate CRM team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid CRM knowledge, a creative and analytical mind, and a love for brand storytelling to make an impact across our world-class brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management across assigned brands.
  • Lead the end-to-end process of email campaign execution— from building, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
  • Align all email activity with client trading and campaign calendars and co-ordination.
  • Collaborate closely with internal trading teams to ensure streamlined processes.
  • Utilise our proprietary ESP (Email Service Provider) platform to manage data, build dynamic segments, and execute campaigns.
  • Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to enhance personalisation and performance and client strategy.
  • Deliver regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders to optimise future campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with CRM best practices, industry trends, and email marketing compliance.

About You

  • A strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, and email implementation.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably across multiple brands or accounts in an agency environment.
  • Proficient and proven track record in using ESP platforms.
  • Confident working with data and building audience segments to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
