Our client, a well-established and ethical beauty brand emphasizing sustainability, is seeking a CRM Manager to join their fast-growing team. The position offers a salary of up to £42,000 and requires 1 day a week in their West London office.

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Owning and delivering the overall CRM strategy, including identifying key commercial levers and priorities across CRM channels.
  2. Managing loyalty programs and testing new initiatives across different customer cohorts.
  3. Creating and managing email campaigns in collaboration with creative, brand, and marketing teams, focusing on automation, lifecycle, and broadcast emails.
  4. Delivering performance reports and liaising with internal teams and third-party agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Ideal candidates will be data-driven retention marketers with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of data protection and privacy legislation. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively is essential.
