Job Title: CRM Manager

Our client, a large retail company based in London, is seeking an ambitious CRM Manager to join their team in London. This is an on-site role requiring attendance at the London office several days a week.

Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign creation, execution, and strategy setting
  2. Data analysis and reporting using templates
  3. Influencing senior stakeholders and providing creative solutions for retention and acquisition
  4. Copywriting and segmentation for targeted campaigns
  5. Managing email marketing, with additional experience in Push notifications and SMS beneficial
Requirements:
  • Experience with Dotmailer and PowerBI
  • HTML skills are a plus but not required
  • Strong stakeholder liaison skills and team collaboration
  • Ability to add commercial value
