Our client in the luxury travel sector is seeking a CRM Manager to join their growing team in southwest London. With over 60 years of operation and exciting growth plans for 2024, this role offers a fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver CRM campaigns to grow and develop the Northern Europe cluster across B2C and B2B.
  2. Collaborate with marketing & sales teams across Europe to execute effective CRM strategies.
  3. Design CRM/PRM programs to maximize customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
  4. Plan and operate targeted communication campaigns, utilizing customer data for personalization.
  5. Measure campaign performance and optimize plans to meet business needs (GA4 experience required).
  6. Manage opportunities to grow the database through key CRM and lead generation projects.
Requirements
  • Approximately 4 years of experience in CRM.
  • Basic HTML and coding knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Acoustic is a plus.
  • Experience in the travel or luxury sectors is essential.
