My client is looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team. This exciting role offers the chance to work internationally while enjoying a 4-day workweek and being paid for 5 days.

Our client is seeking someone with knowledge of Salesforce and the Force.com platform, including Sales and Service Cloud, along with a Salesforce Administrator Certification. You should be capable of defining, developing, and delivering CRM projects, systems, and processes, as well as administering and refining integrations and automations for all CRM processes, including dashboards. You will regularly deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses for sales, marketing, and senior leadership, providing actionable business insights.

Desirable skills include knowledge of SQL, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Pardot, and other digital marketing tools. They are looking for a creative problem solver with comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Lightning Flow. The ideal candidate is resilient, proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent analytical, data analysis, organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
