An established industry player is seeking a CRM Database Manager to enhance customer engagement through effective data management. This role is initially a 6–12 month contract, requiring 3 to 4 days per week, with options for fully remote work or office-based work, depending on your preference.
The role involves driving customer engagement and optimizing the client’s executive database. Daily responsibilities include managing large data sets, extracting insights, and developing strategies to enhance customer interactions and enrich the database. You will collaborate with external agencies to create targeted marketing emails, run opt-in campaigns in partnership with the wider marketing organization, and ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
Key requirements include experience in managing large datasets, platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce, and a strong understanding of GDPR regulations across the EMEA region.
