Our client, a fast-growing Ecommerce brand, is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary range of £45k to £50k, based either in their London office or in Herts.
The primary focus of this role is on Retention and Loyalty, automation, and managing email, SMS, and push notification campaigns. You should have hands-on experience in implementing campaigns and be comfortable managing a team of two, stepping in to assist as needed. Prior management or agency experience would be highly advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be capable of producing reports and delivering actionable insights to inform strategy. Experience with segmentation and subscription models is preferred but not essential. The role requires a highly collaborative and proactive individual.
