My client is seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join their well-established, fast-growing team. The role offers a salary of up to £60,000. The company is a reputable clean, ethical beauty brand emphasizing sustainability within this expanding sector.

You will be a versatile retention specialist capable of optimizing, driving, and delivering results across the customer base. Responsibilities include owning, creating, and executing the overall CRM strategy, identifying key commercial opportunities within CRM channels. You will manage loyalty programs, testing new initiatives across various customer segments. Additionally, you will oversee the email planner, collaborating with creative, brand, and marketing teams on automation, lifecycle, and broadcast emails. You will be responsible for performance reporting, working closely with Brand, Marketing, Creative teams, and third-party agencies to ensure alignment with overall strategy and brand vision.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven retention marketer, confident in analyzing data and making recommendations based on insights. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of data protection and privacy laws are essential.
