Job description

CRM Manager - 12 Months FTC Maternity Cover

400M+ downloads. 75M+ monthly users. A decade of building – and we’re still accelerating.

Flo is the world’s #1 health app on a mission to build a better future for female health. Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down.

With 6M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better.

The job

This is a key role to lead and optimise ourWeb CRM. You’ll deliver smart, data-led campaigns that measurably improve KPIs, especially revenue with targeted, timely, and engaging communications.

You’ll take ownership of campaign planning and execution across web channels, collaborating with product, content, and analytics teams to deliver impact across the full user lifecycle – from onboarding to activation, retention and re-engagement.

We’re operating at scale. But there’s still plenty of room to grow, optimise and innovate in CRM. You’ll help us deepen trust, increase user value, and drive real-world engagement in a product that’s changing lives.

This role reports into the Product Marketing Director and can be based in either London or Vilnius.

Your Experience

Must have:

  • Strong experience in CRM campaign management, ideally at scale
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel revenue-driving, user-focused CRM
  • Skilled at turning insight into action – using data to shape messaging, timing and targeting
  • Comfortable running campaigns end-to-end: plan, test, deliver, learn, repeat
  • Able to work cross-functionally with content, product, design and analytics teams
    Detail-driven, proactive and outcome-focused
  • Bonus: experience with A/B testing, behavioural segmentation, or CRM in health tech or app-based products

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the growth marketing strategy for Web CRM – from planning, to execution, to performance
  • Build and manage campaigns that guide users through key moments in their journey
  • Partner with product and lifecycle teams to support new launches and key feature adoption
  • Define target segments and messaging strategies, using insight to shape every send
  • Test, refine and scale multi-channel campaigns that drive real engagement
  • Champion the user – ensure we’re helping people get the most from Flo at every step

Use data to personalise communications and deliver value at the right moment
Own reporting, optimise for outcomes, and drive continuous improvement in how we connect with our users

How we work

We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar.

You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it.

What you'll get

We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like:

  • Competitive salary and annual reviews
  • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme
  • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave
  • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents
  • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support
  • Flexible office + home working, up to 2 months a year working abroad
  • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary
  • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks
