Job summary

Digital Waffle is seeking a CRM Specialist to drive retention and lifecycle marketing across its ecommerce brands. This hands-on role focuses on creating engaging email campaigns, automated journeys and excellent CRM experiences.

You will work closely with the Head of Acquisition & Retention to boost engagement, repeat purchases and subscription growth through Klaviyo and compelling copy.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial experience within CRM or Email Marketing, ideally in an ecommerce environment.
  • Experience designing email campaigns as well as writing the copy behind them.
  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable; other CRM platforms considered.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention and automated journeys.
  • Experience in ecommerce, DTC or subscription-based businesses advantageous.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Hands-on execution role rather than strategic leadership position.
  • Portfolio examples or screenshots of previous campaigns would help during interview.

Role: CRM Specialist

A fast-growing ecommerce brand is hiring a CRM Specialist to help drive customer retention and lifecycle marketing across its expanding portfolio of consumer brands.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on creating engaging email campaigns, building automated customer journeys and delivering best-in-class CRM experiences. Working closely with the Head of Acquisition & Retention, you’ll play a key role in increasing customer engagement, repeat purchases and subscription growth.

Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Nottingham (4 days per week onsite, 1 day remote)
What you’ll be doing
  • Create, build and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

What you’ll need

  • Experience working within ecommerce, DTC or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn, improve and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands-on execution role rather than a strategic leadership position.
  • Portfolio examples or screenshots of previous email campaigns would be highly beneficial during the interview process.
Nice to have
  • Experience working with subscription-based brands.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools within CRM and marketing workflows.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance to optimise customer engagement.
