A leading company in home renovation is seeking a CRM Manager to enhance customer relationships through effective communication and campaign management. You will lead CRM initiatives, develop personalized strategies, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary, share options, and opportunities for professional growth in a hybrid working environment.
We’re building the future of home renovation.
We believe renovation doesn’t need to be complicated and there’s a better way. Since 2022, Beams has been on a mission to deliver a simpler and greener renovation experience for homeowners and contractors facilitated through a tech first platform. More transparency, more efficiency and more trust between all involved.
Success at Beams comes from our people and our culture. Internally, we have a strong bias for action, we believe in making the complex simple and we never settle for the status quo. We’re fueled by positive energy, fostering a culture of openness and doing the right thing. Both for people and the planet.
About the role
We’re looking for our first in-house CRM Manager to help us build stronger relationships with our customers. You’ll take the lead on how we use email and other messages to guide homeowners through their renovation journey—from the first enquiry all the way to sharing their finished project with friends.
You’ll also grow a community of people who care about making renovation better. That includes customers, suppliers, designers, tradespeople, and anyone else who shares our belief that renovation doesn’t need to be so hard.
You’ll be part of our four-person marketing team, reporting to our Head of Growth. Day to day, you’ll be building campaigns, testing ideas, and working closely with colleagues in Sales, Product, and Operations. Your work will help customers feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing
Design, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and referrals.
Develop personalised communication flows using audience segmentation and behavioral insights.
Gain a deep understanding of our customer lifecycle, tracking user journeys and KPIs throughout the funnel.
Analyse and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, sharing key learnings with the wider team.
Maintain CRM data integrity by troubleshooting issues, refining automation flows, and ensuring seamless execution.
Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to ensure continuous innovation.
Collaborate with the product and sales teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.
Propose and test new strategies to improve engagement and long-term customer value.
What you’ll need
Proven experience in CRM, with a track record of executing successful lifecycle campaigns.
Hands-on expertise in Hubspot (or similar CRM platforms), including segmentation, data integrations and AB testing.
Strong understanding of communication best practices, from crafting email copy to optimising email design.
Proficiency in performance tracking & reporting, with experience using HubSpot, Excel, or other analytics tools to measure and optimise KPIs.
Package and Benefits:
Competitive salary and share options giving you a stake in the company’s success
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Opportunities for professional growth and skill development within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Budget for learning & development to support your growth
Hybrid working: This is a full-time position with a flexible balance of days at our London office and home days.
