CRM and Social Media Manager Duties

• Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone role.
• Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
• Monitor and report on KPIs.

Skills Required

• Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry; luxury travel experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
