The CRM & Email Marketing Manager will lead strategic initiatives in email and SMS marketing, shaping customer retention strategies, and championing consumer insights. Essential Skills for the CRM & Email Marketing Manager:

• Proven experience in lifecycle email marketing or multi-channel CRM, ideally within a global DTC business.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Expertise in Klaviyo and Shopify platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
