Job description

Social Network Login/Join Platform:

CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid working arrangements are acceptable. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, preferably for a similar company, is essential. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities of CRM and Social Media Manager:

  1. Manage the company's email programme and social media activity.
  2. Operate as a standalone role reporting to the Head of Marketing.
  3. Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
  4. Monitor and report on KPIs.

Skills Required:

  1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, ideally in luxury travel or for a senior executive aiming to advance.
  2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
  3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
