Job summary

EMJ, based in London, seeks a CRM & Data Insight Lead to own the growth and integrity of our audience database using HubSpot. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver reliable data that informs evidence-based decisions and strategic focus across the organisation.

You'll prepare, clean, and maintain data, manage imports/exports, and build dashboards to support campaigns and reporting. Hybrid role with onsite London Moorgate, 3 days in the office during probation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
• Proficient in Excel and data tables.
• Understand healthy audience databases and data quality metrics.
• Ability to generate insights, analytics, and stakeholder reports.
• Collaborative team player with clear data communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and maintain audience data in HubSpot.
• Manage data imports and exports with consistency.
• Support long-term database strategy with improvement plans.
• Build and update segmented audience lists for campaigns.
• Create clear CRM views and dashboards for workflows.
• Monitor data quality and perform regular data hygiene.
