The Inn Collection Group is seeking an organised eCRM & Loyalty Executive to manage CRM, email marketing and loyalty programmes across our venues. You’ll collaborate with the eCRM & Loyalty Manager and marketing team to deliver engaging customer communications via email and the Inn Crowd app, build campaigns, support loyalty activity and provide regular campaign reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, email marketing or CRM/digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience building and sending marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email and app marketing campaigns.
• Support loyalty activity and customer lifecycle communications.
• Create audiences and segments for campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer data and reporting.
• Collaborate with CRM/Loyalty Manager to develop journeys.
