3Search in London is seeking a CRM Growth Marketing Lead to own the customer lifecycle strategy, driving personalisation and experimentation across channels. You will partner with Acquisition and eCommerce leadership to influence how customers discover, engage, and return to the brand.

The CRM Growth Marketing Lead will own the strategic growth layer across the customer lifecycle, using audience segmentation, AI-powered personalisation and continuous experimentation to improve conversion, retention and customer lifetime value. Working closely with the CRM Manager, you'll define the strategy while they oversee day-to-day campaign execution.
