Major Players | B Corp™ is seeking a CRM Executive for its multi-site hospitality and leisure group based in Surrey. The role is hands-on within a new CRM function, delivering membership communications and lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS and app, with hybrid working up to 2 days from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CRM, lifecycle, email marketing or membership communications role.
• Hands-on experience building and sending campaigns in a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and campaign QA.
• Comfortable working with customer data to spot and act on trends.
• Confident communicator with venue teams and agency partners.
• Hospitality, leisure, membership or subscription experience is a strong plus.
• Experience with loyalty or rewards programmes is a bonus.
• Marketing or CRM-specific qualifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, schedule and quality-check campaigns across email, SMS, app and CRM-triggered channels.
• Deliver onboarding, renewal and lapse-risk contact plans for venues or customer segments.
• Support win-back activity to re-engage lapsed members and customers.
• Maintain data quality within the central customer record and resolve gaps.
• Monitor and report campaign performance and feed learnings into future activity.
• Coordinate with the CRM and lifecycle partner agency on campaign build and platform configuration.
• Work with brand and AI-enabled copy and image tools to produce emails.
• Partner with the technology team to evolve and optimise the use of CRM and data.
