Job summary

ISR RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an experienced Technical/Enterprise Architect to audit a Government Agency's Dynamics 365 CRM landscape. You will evaluate current and target architectures, integration patterns, and supplier proposals, delivering clear ADRs and governance recommendations.

The role requires strong consulting skills and deep knowledge of MACH, microservices, API-first, and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Domain Architect within complex digital environments.
• Extensive experience architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong Microsoft Azure architecture experience.
• Experience designing omnichannel customer engagement / CRM solutions.
• Knowledge of MACH architecture principles and cloud-native, microservices, API-first, headless patterns.
• Experience evaluating solutions from multiple suppliers and guiding architecture governance.
• Experience with ADRs and architecture governance frameworks (e.g., Technical Design Authorities).
• Experience defining as-is, to-be, and transition architectures.
• Strong architecture documentation and diagramming skills across system context, data flows, and integrations.
• Experience shaping CRM domain strategy for B2B and B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct architecture audit and deep-dive of Dynamics 365 CRM estate.
• Assess current/target architectures, integration patterns and governance documents.
• Provide actionable recommendations for future architecture and transition states.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and governance recommendations.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams within a government/public sector context.
