Shake Shack is hiring a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive; you will play a critical role in shaping and driving Shake Shack’s digital and customer relationship marketing strategy across the UK. This role demands a broad skill set, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns, managing CRM platforms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that Shake Shack’s digital presence and guest interactions are aligned with our brand values and business goals. Plus be involved in all our events and much more!

Key Responsibilities
CRM:
  • Assist to plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating engaging contents, and tracking email performance metrics.
  • Proofing and QA of campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
  • Update and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse customer data to identify and create targeted customer segments.
  • Develop personalised communication strategies for each segment to optimise engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist to explore opportunities for workflow automation within the CRM system.
  • Assist to provide & generate regular reports on key CRM and digital marketing metrics, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing and effective digital assets, ensuring consistency across all digital marketing channels.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and CRM to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Digital Marketing:
  • Lead on copywriting website updates, blog post content, GMB updates and ad copy.
  • Work closely & assist with third party digital agency to ensure the brand strategy is communicated succinctly through the performance marketing channels (Paid Social, SEO, display, Affiliates, paid search, etc.).
  • Assist in analysis of data to identify trends, assess campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist to maintain & optimise digital menus across platforms (online/kiosk/delivery) & work with third-party vendors to ensure key dates & culinary launches are met efficiently.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns with our delivery partners.
Other:
  • Assist with liaising with stakeholders and sending communications to keep the teams updated with calendar/updates/pr/activations/new menu roll out/events and more.
  • Assist in developing and executing Shack specific and market-wide events, activations, collaborations and promotions.
  • Any Ad Hoc Duties as instructed by the Marketing department.
Personal Profile
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Digital and/or CRM marketing role.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in creating, sending & analysing CRM send outs.
  • Strong communicator, in particular proven experience in creative copywriting.
  • Results-orientated and data-driven mindset with a highly analytical view of A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • You are naturally curious and eager to uncover meaningful insights using all available tools/data sets to drive the business forward.
  • Experience of working with a CRM platform, Braze is preferential but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • An interest in Digital Marketing, CRM and any industry trends.
  • Ability to successfully manage internal and external partner relationships.

Salary dependent on experience.
