LSL Capital is on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is for someone who embodies creativity and has an appetite for thriving in the bustling world of social media and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strong Social Media Strategy & Management: Cultivate and manage our brand's presence and performance KPIs across various social platforms. Implement campaigns to increase reach and following. Engage with our audience, respond to queries promptly, and foster an inviting community atmosphere.
  2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance engagement. Monitor social channels for relevant trends and discussions.
  3. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, original content consistent with our brand voice. Coordinate with other departments to ensure visual and verbal narratives align with brand guidelines.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Use social analytics tools to track and measure growth and performance. Prepare detailed monthly reports with insights to refine strategies.
  5. Digital Communications: Manage website content to ensure it is current, user-friendly, and SEO optimized. Curate newsletters and initiatives to grow our database.
  6. Digital Advertising: Assist in creating and managing digital ad campaigns. Oversee budgets, review performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations for future campaigns in collaboration with the team and digital agency.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the hospitality or lifestyle brand sectors.
  • Proficient with social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics to inform strategies.
  • Passion for hospitality and multicultural environments, with an ability to incorporate cultural nuances into marketing.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and trend-aware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong visual storytelling and design sense.
  • Experience with content editing, website management, CRM, and CMS systems.
