Job summary

Boots is seeking a CRM Data and Technology Specialist to lead personalised customer journey automation from Nottingham/Beeston. You will own development and delivery of 121 communications within the customer marketing framework and ensure initiatives drive commercial results.

You’ll collaborate across analytics, delivery and wider Boots data ecosystem, shaping data models, new data sources and reporting (Power BI) to optimise customer engagement while balancing business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, own, deliver and optimise automated personalised communications.
• Collaborate with analytics and delivery teams to keep timing relevant.
• Review communications with analytics team and adopt new data sources.
• Set KPIs and optimise journeys based on results.
• Plan and schedule migration of existing triggers with Condor reps.
• Provide strategic data/tech consultation for CRM projects.
• Analyze commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities.
