Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the quality and integrity of data within our CRM. You will be the go-to person for CRM data issues, ensuring accurate, complete information and enabling better business development, marketing and commercial decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, BD, IT and Group teams to cleanse, map and integrate data across new acquisitions, develop dashboards, and explore automation and AI-enabled improvements to data enrichment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong data quality and cleansing skills.
• Analytical with attention to detail.
• Experience with workflows, reporting and data structures.
• Ability to work with IT and external providers.
• Knowledge of data governance and data protection principles

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of CRM.
• Own data quality across the system.
• Review data for missing fields, duplicates, inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards and governance processes.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on complex issues.
• Maintain CRM fields, workflows, configurations and permissions.
• Improve data capture for commercial usefulness.
• Enrich client and prospect information for reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes.
• Document CRM processes and data definitions.
• Support data migration when new businesses join Kinbrook.
• Collaborate across Marketing, BD, IT and Group.
• Explore AI and emerging tech for data enrichment.
