Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the day-to-day management and quality of our client and relationship data across the group. You will ensure data accuracy, completeness and usefulness to support business development, marketing and commercial decisions.

You’ll work across Marketing, Business Development and IT to identify issues, improve data quality and automate processes, while integrating data from new acquisitions and maintaining governance and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong experience with data quality and governance.
• Analytical and detail-focused approach.
• Experience with data cleansing/enrichment or migration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of our CRM.
• Take ownership of data quality, accuracy and completeness across the system.
• Regularly review data to identify missing fields, duplicates, errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain data standards and governance processes.
• Investigate and resolve CRM, data and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on integration issues.
• Maintain CRM fields, workflows, lists, configurations and permissions.
• Improve how information is captured and maintained for commercial use.
• Enrich client and prospect information to improve reporting and insight.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting.
• Look for opportunities to automate processes and improve CRM usage.
• Maintain documentation around CRM processes and data standards.
• Support data migration of new businesses joining Kinbrook.
