Job summary

Kinbrook Group is seeking a CRM and Data Manager to own the day-to-day management and quality of our client and relationship data across the Group. You’ll ensure information is captured correctly and that issues are identified and resolved rather than allowed to build up.

This behind-the-scenes role collaborates with Marketing, Business Development, IT and other teams to improve data quality, automate processes and develop reporting that informs commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or administering a CRM system.
• Strong experience with data quality and data governance.
• Analytical and detail-focused with excellent problem-solving.
• Experience with Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience identifying data gaps and inconsistencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of the CRM.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy and completeness across the system.
• Review data to identify missing fields, duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for the business.
• Collaborate with IT and technology partners on complex issues.
• Support data enrichment, automation and integration as the group grows.
• Establish data standards and governance processes.
