Job summary

La Fosse Associates seeks an experienced Data Architect to define and lead the target data architecture for a major CRM, data and analytics transformation programme. You will establish architectural foundations to ensure data is trusted, governed, integrated and reusable across both operational and analytical platforms, while aligning with governance and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Data Architect on complex multi-system transformations.
• Ownership of target data architecture across operational and analytical platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure data services and Lakehouse patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the target data architecture and transition roadmap across operational and analytical platforms.
• Define conceptual, logical and canonical data models, identifiers, master data and reference data standards.
• Lead architectural decisions on authoritative sources, system-of-record ownership and data replication.
• Define the architecture for a Golden Record and single customer view, including identity resolution and reconciliation.
• Establish standards for data movement, integration patterns, data contracts, mappings and lineage.
• Shape data-platform architecture, including Microsoft Azure data services, Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse/warehouse patterns.
• Define principles for data quality, metadata, data cataloguing and stewardship.
